Bowery Reunion of 1991

About the writer's reunion of friends.

I went to "The Bowery Reunion of 1991,"
held in Port Chester where I was born.
So many friends I did meet.
Each one gave a remembrance greet.

Many memories were shared
with each other.
It was almost like talking
to a sister or brother.

Though the years have passed,
it seems like only yesterday.
Each one remembered
of something to say.

The food was very good.
The music left you in a certain mood.
Everyone was so glad that you were there
as it brought back memories of yesteryear.
