Biographical info about and by Nathaniel Goldberg.

Two of my poems have been accepted for publication in the fall issue of "Catbird Seat" published in Connecticut. Another one of my poems has appeared in the Fall 1999 issue of "Lucidity." I had not tried to publish my poetry until the recent urging of my friends and colleagues.

In 1991 I founded the "Ossining Poets Group." I was also a member of the "Croton Writers Circle." Presently I run four poetry groups in Westchester and have published six anthologies of my students poems. I also head a workshop at Borders Books in White Plains. I attended Olivet College in Michigan where I majored in music and also studied writing with Marguerite Young for three years at the New School of Social Research in Manhattan with Joe Di Carlo. In the 29th Annual Greenburg Poetry Competition I was awarded third place (honorable mention) out of 350 entries. The winning poems will appear in the anthology "Let the Poets Speak."
