How to operate the audio In some cases the audio will start automatically. In other cases, you need to press the play arrow. (The other buttons such as Stop and Speaker can be turned on or off by clicking.) If the audio does not work on your computer, email us guidance. For many computers, the audio file takes many seconds to download, and thus you need to wait for the moving progress square to finish before pushing play if you want to hear a smooth continuous flow of words. Pull back the progress square to hear it again. Enjoy!

A poem about Charlotte's life being like the moon.

As the moon wanes So does my life.   Each night as I gaze At that glorious orb Up high in the firmament I wonder as it starts Its mysterious odyssey behind the earth When starshine is all we see.   Is there a life on the dark side? A place we do not know? A place forbidden To those of us below?   And then, and then, I wait For soon it appears again At first a sliver glowing Against the blue-black sky, Gradually growing in intensity Until it achieves Its full round beauty once more.   As the moon waxes So does my life.
